I highly recommend Eddie Yiu. He is professional, personable, trustworthy and hardworking. The sale of our investment unit in Sydney was a challenge for both Eddie and us because we live in Perth, WA, so had to rely very heavily on Eddie who was a stranger to us. Any apprehension we had quickly disappeared. Eddie’s knowledge of the market, his insight into what was needed to get our unit sale-ready and his ability to get the work done in a timely manner was incredible. He went above and beyond to secure a painter, timber floor installer, cleaner and conveyancer, all of whom were excellent. From beginning to end of the sale process Eddie kept us up to date by phone, email and progress videos. We were delighted to accept an offer after the first home open!
