He laid out an initial strategy which made us feel comfortable and carried it through to perfection. Throughout the process he and his team were in constant communication to keep us abreast of every development. He easily surpassed our expectations on price and possibly even his own. I doubt he would have worked harder or achieved more had it been his own property. He will be definitely be selling our next property.

My only negative comment would be regarding apparent lack of communication within the Office.
