I'd like to thank Eddy for helping us with the purchase of our first home. There was an extremely quick turn around of 6 days between seeing the place for the first time and signing the contract, but over that time we found Eddy to be fantastic. He was patient and not at all pushy, always explained the home buying process - regardless of how stupid our questions were, kept us updated as to his conversations with the vendor/other interested parties etc. He basically made us feel confident we were doing the right thing purchasing, which meant the entire process wasn't nearly as stressful as it could have been.
