I have dealt with many real estate agents over a period of thirty plus years. Among the good agents, some are great at technical things, some have all the stats, some can talk to anyone, and others are likeable. Very few you feel you can trust. Eddy is the only agent I have met who ticks all those "good agent" boxes and more. He is thoughtful, driven, energetic and above all, extremely ethical in all his dealings. Eddy made a difficult, intricate, and challenging process smoother and easier. He was tireless in keeping me up to date at every step, and made sure I understood the process from beginning to end. I was ultimately very happy with the result. I would not hesitate to list with him again.
