We are glad to have worked with Ediz who helped us sell our home. His knowledge of the local area, professionalism and transparency is excellent. He provided a realistic valuation of our home, clearly explained the process we would go through to sell and worked with us every step of the way. From answering our questions clearly and providing assistance through his contacts for things like building/pest inspections and minor pool compliance repairs, he made the whole process extremely easy. We can highly recommend him to anyone who wants someone to act in their best interests with integrity and transparency. After an initial cold call when I wasn't ready to sell I later contacted Ediz to arrange a meeting. Our first meeting lasted 2 hrs where he went through his strategies for the sale. Once the property was for sale he gave me daily ( sometimes multiple daily updates) . As I had never sold a property before I probably asked a lot of mundane questions. He answered all my queries despite how trivial. The property was only on market for 3 days. So his strategy worked for my property and he got me a fair price
