Very good communication

After an initial cold call when I wasn't ready to sell I later contacted Ediz to arrange a meeting. Our first meeting lasted 2 hrs where he went through his strategies for the sale. Once the property was for sale he gave me daily ( sometimes multiple daily updates) . As I had never sold a property before I probably asked a lot of mundane questions. He answered all my queries despite how trivial. The property was only on market for 3 days. So his strategy worked for my property and he got me a fair price
