I bought property with Edmond representing the vendor. Edmond was very timely in forwarding offers and responses to/from the vendor, returning calls and messages promptly. I was a little slow arranging a building inspection and Edmond/vendor was able to accomodate the sales process, to help me give due consideration to the property.
