Selling a house - particularly one that you have poured energy into in building or renovating - is a highly stressful exercise. A vendor needs expert advice from an agent who has a complete understanding of the relevant market, not only in terms of valuing the property to ensure realistic price expectations are set, but also in knowing how active the market is and where the buyers, to ensure that the sale strategy (namely, when to list, when to open, and how hard to push) will achieve the right result. A vendor also needs an agent who understands the stresses of selling a property and can empathise with the vendors' position, to walk them through the process transparently and ensure no questions are left unanswered. Ed is that expert and has all of these skills in spades. Highly recommend.
