Ed and his team were exceptional. For my unit I needed to do some renovations prior to listing. We worked out collectively what needed to be done and his team, led by the wonderful Michelle, was able to oversee all the trades and ensure they all got completedmand approved by the body corporate. This was complicated by the fact I live in Brisbane and was locked out of visiting Sydney during the renovations due to COVID-19. As a result of the renovations and the styling, the unit presented really well in the photos. In relation to the sale, Ed was very easy to deal with was very responsive and worked really hard on procuring a sale. He developed a good relationship with the key interested parties and was ultimately able to facilitate a suite of offers before auction that resulted in the unit selling for a record price for the development. I couldn’t be happier and would have no hesitation in recommending Ed and his team if you had a property to sell.
As soon as we met Ed he knew everything about Bondi Junction and what a great street Lawson is . He knew he could get clients from different suburbs to appreciate this leafy pocket with great amenities and schools . Our open happened in the middle of COVID -19 but this dampen his enthusiasm to find the right buyer for our home . With due diligence he came up trumps with a lovely family and a great price !!

Edward has been an incredible agent. He was always contactable 24 hours a day to answer our numerous questions. He has fantastic attention to detail and was always analytical and decisive. He was hard-working, intelligent and very personable. He also gave invaluable advice when we needed it. Edward was first introduced to us by my sister who also had her terrace house sold a few months ago. She had a fantastic experience and sold her property above expectation. Despite difficult circumstances, Edward was able to maximise the situation and put us in a fantastic position to achieve a desired result.
