Ed has great knowledge of the local area and experience. I really appreciated the extra time and effort he spent privately showing properties he thought would be suitable for me- and he was almost always right!

Edward is an expert on Queens Park and the surrounding areas. He was always highly professional and skilled at getting the most out of his buyers. He made the process of selling our home seamless and given the choice, we would use him again.

I can't speak highly enough of Ed Brown and his team. My wife and i have been impressed with his service from our first meeting. We received an honest appraisal of our house value and then went on to sell the house for over $200k more. Ed's knowledge of the area is second to none and his communication throughout the campaign has been consistent and transparent.

My wife and I recently purchased a property from Edward Brown and the experience in working with him was fantastic. During the purchase process Edward was continually available to address our questions and concerns. His diligent approach in dealing with us made the process that much easier and certainly went a long way to getting the deal done. We would have no reservations in recommending Edward, and Belle Property, to any potential buyers or sellers of property.

We had two great agents to choose from so it was a hard decision. The other agent had been extremely active in our area and specifically our building. We decided to go with Ed as he went that extra mile from the very beginning with the service he offered, Ed and his team were happy to take care of all the many and varied jobs that come up when selling. From arranging and managing the stylist's to arranging a handy man. When it came to negotiating the sale, we also felt he also went that extra mile to really ensure he got us the best price possible. Very happy with the result.

I can highly recommend Ed as a professional, dedicated and knowledgeable agent. His assistance in my purchasing this property was invaluable. I found Ed to be extremely efficient and reliable. It was a pleasure dealing with him and his colleagues at Belle Property - Bondi Junction.

I've had the pleasure of dealing with a large number of agents in the past and Ed is one of the best. He has a fantastic market knowledge and also obviously very experienced when it comes to navigating the post-exchange processes. We did have a minor issue dealing with some of Ed's staff when we purchased one of his listings, in relation to extreme lateness - but otherwise enjoyed a very smooth transaction.

My family and I and very thankful to Edward and all the Belle team. They have been personable, friendly and easy to communicate with. This was the second time we worked with Edward to sell our place and defenitly if we sell again we will contact him. Thank you for making the process very easy for us.

Once we signed up with Belle, Edward and his team took over and had the unit carpeted, painted and styled beautifully for sale. This service was time saving and completed seamlessly. And best of all was Ed's hard work and effort to get the unit sold prior to auction and for a great price. I would highly recommend Edward and his team at Belle Bondi Junction. Tracy Scarella
