It has been a pleasure dealing with Edward through our recent property purchase. He took the time to go research and present a number of different properties for my wife and I and did so a number of occasions. Being first time investors we were a little hesitant, but Edward made the process easy for us and he was always available to answer (a lot of!) questions. We are now building our first investment, and that project is progress with surprising speed and no problems to report.
