It has been a good experience buying a property through Edward Lim. He offered great customer service throughout the buying process.

Edward managed to get the price for my property i requested. Edward always gave feedback even if it was not what i wanted to hear. I happy to recommend Edward and would use him again. Edward, just remember we are not all the same! 😉

Very positive experience working with Edward Lim.

Have used Ed three times now with excellent results every time. Two of them sold in the first week and all at or near full asking price. Awesome agent and a nice fella too. Nothing was too much work for him and the results speak for themselves.

Edward is a very professional real state agent, he understands the market and puts an extra effort to ensure the best results. When selling our property we had an offer one week after our first home open. I totally recommend him.

Edward Lim is the best agent we ever encountered. He knows our requirements very well and recommended the best properties for us to consider. We will strongly recommend Edward Lim to our friends who may need an agent for help.

Edward had been very approachable and professional throughout our journey in purchasing our property in Victoria Park. From the initial viewing to putting in our written offer and then undertaking our final inspection, Edward was helpful and patient too. Overall I think Edward is a great real estate agent :)

Enthusiastic and energetic agent, with the right attitude for the job. We are really happy with the service!

I selected Edward Lim to sell my property upon researching agents in the area and their effectiveness. Edward's record speaks for itself. He certainly delivered on his promise to me to sell my property in a timely manner and within the price range we discussed. Edward is a pleasure to communicate with, always keeping me up-to-date with his plans. He is enthusiastic and pays attention to detail, I could not have asked for any more from Edward Lim. Highly recommended.

Total professional. Ed is friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, helpful and really goes the extra yard. His organisation and advice is top notch where you can leave the leg work to him and know that he is working for you and not down to a price.

Edward has strong professional knowledge, often can provide a lot of useful advice and suggestion. He is friendly and a trusworthy agent. Highly recommended!

Edward, Edward, Edward, what can we say about him. Professional, Resourceful & Thoughtful! Edward handled every phase of our property sale in Victoria Park thoroughly and attentively, from the home preparation, execution until the post-sale stage. His dedication and helpfulness guided us all the way. We are extremely satisfied with the way he handled the sale of our property. His service exceeded our expectations, closed the deal in timely manner (property went under offer in just 17 days) and most of all, saved us thousands of dollars from interest repayment. Nothing was too hard for Edward. All the obstacles & hic-cups encountered during the entire selling process were over calmed by him. It is literally a stress-free experience for both of us. We would highly recommend Edward Lim to all sellers, buyers and investors out there. Tow Fah Ching & Lin Yin Chong Victoria Park
