We engaged Edward in late 2015 to sell our apartment in Richmond. We opted for a private sale, given the market was overpopulated with apartments in the area. Edward advised us on relevant sale prices for equivalent properties and we came to an agreement with the sale price we were happy with. He went above and beyond this to get us a better price from two interested parties. Throughout the process, Edward was excellent in keeping us updated as to the number of viewings, interest from potential buyers etc. Edward was enthusiastic and dynamic and he moved quickly throughout the process. Having met Edward at an auction I was unsuccessful at, he did everything he could to help me find another property. Continually following up to advise me on any open inspections via text and phone calls, he kept me abreast with quality properties in the market. What impressed me about Edward was his ability to connect with the viewer initially then client once the property was purchased. In particular, after meeting him at a viewing one week, then going along to another the next he remembered my name. He had also connected so well with my needs, stating that he didn't think that the pRticular property I was looking at would suit.
