A personable voice of reason in a crazy market

We knew we wanted Edward to sell our house after he tried to sell us a place that fell through (the vendors changed their mind). He was so down to earth and cool-headed throughout the whole process, and we never felt like we were being 'played' for a good sale. He knew what updates we should make to get the best possible price for our house without going overboard. Would recommend to others!
