I can’t recommend Smyth Real Estate enough

We’ve never met an agent like Ed before. From the moment we were introduced, he took time to understand our goals and balance this with great advice. He was ambitious with setting a price for our property, but delivered results far beyond our expectations — allowing us to sell our house off market, at a figure well above our asking price. He was involved in all aspects of the sale, from the initial strategy to helping us style and lay out our living spaces before an inspection (literally helping pick up a couch), and finally negotiating a price with the buyer. Most importantly, he understood how stressful and emotional the experience can be for a family with two young kids — and made us feel supported throughout the journey. His business partner Polly was exceptionally organised and responsive, helping us find trades on short notice to prepare our house, and guiding us seamlessly through the admin aspects of the process.
