There are a couple of really good agents in Kensington so deciding which one to pick was quite a big deal. On a previous property we had a bad experience with another agent in the area, where they promised a good price and lots of service up front but once they had the deal did neither of these things, so we certainly wanted to avoid having that experience again! Luckily for us both Edward and Amanda were fantastic. They kept us informed at every stage of the campaign and we were very happy with both the way in which the auction was conducted as well as the sales price achieved. We would have no hesitation in using them again in the future.

Edward and Amanda work really well as a team – they were both in the loop on things at all times, even when I’d spoken to only one of them, so the communication between them is faultless. They must have had other properties on the market at the same time, but it felt as though all their attention was on mine (and I imagine those other vendors felt the same way).
