Edwina has an excellent knowledge of the market. Rental rates and sale price were spot on. I was kept up to date with regular phone calls and emails. Edwina put in the hard work with open homes and followed up interested buyers, and our property sold reasonably quickly and got the price that I was after. A great job all round.
