Unfortunately I’ve had to post this as Jaime has refused to reply or action any message. I was the purchaser on this occasion. Jaime is an agent who stands out as someone who is interested in his commission and that’s it. Numerous times we asked on a pre inspection as the previous owners were no longer living in the property we wanted to make sure that the property was going to be in the state it was in the inspection process. After countless attempts on asking for any replies or follow ups that we wanted to measure the back yard for a pool and the front yard for a fence so that we were prepared for when we moved in and didn’t have a toddler running onto the road. Jaime’s told the customer we want to start digging for a pool and fence prior to settlement so this was obviously going to be knocked back by the vendor. Jaime also decided to go on a holiday mid sale so we were unable to contact him or receive any information. Further more. I stated in text message that we would not be settling on the property unless it was at the standard of inspection and nothing left behind. Jaime insisted he’s spoken to the vendor but once again his money and time is more important then to come out and see for himself. Lastly, Jaime had advised that he will communicate with me about getting an agent out to deliver our keys for settlement on the time of purchase. When the office phoned me they advised that everyone is busy and we need to go and pick them up. Once I complained the whole story changed and someone magically became available. Sorry Mr.Wood but your customer service is poor and needs attention.
