When deciding on selling our apartment in Southbank I was choosing between two agencies and ended up going with Trent Bonnici from Ray White Southbank. Trent absolutely stood out from the competition due to his professionalism, highly efficient and effective communication, good knowledge of the area as well as a very approachable nature. He made this process of selling very seamless for me as a seller, explained the process as well as all the cost associated with it, managed staging and liaised with our conveyancer when required.
