Egle was wonderfully from the first phone call to arrange the inspection. Kept us updated during the whole process. Never rushed us off the phone and explained everything.

From day one, Egle has been professional, available, organised, knowledgeable and forthright with the status of my campaign. My property sold within a speedy time-frame and she worked with me throughout the process to gain the best outcome for me. I would recommend Egle to anyone, whether it's their first time or not to buy or sell. Egle, thank you for supporting not only myself through this process, but working with my tenants and the purchaser to ensure that the experience benefited us all!

The minute I spoke to Egle, all my reservations were put to rest. She has been nothing but easy to deal with. Very professional and knowledgeable. Egle always is truly there anytime to speak to you and is never tired to answer any questions. I've dealt with other real estate agents for my other properties and by far this is the smoothest and easiest process done. Highly recommended and will definitely deal with her again for my next property. Thanks Egle

We have bought and sold many properties around Geelong over the past 30 years. Never have we received the high end service that Egle Skridulis extended to us. To be perfectly honest, we had neither the interest nor the energy to actively engage in the sale of our property. We didn't have to. We found the perfect agent who was an absolute delight to work with, who did all the hard work and always with an attitude of helpfulness. We could not recommend Egle too highly. She was so professionally competent, highly motivated and all together a credit of the highest order to her profession. Thank you Egle, you made this sale a dream!!!

This is our third business transaction with Egle, two sales and now a purchase. Egle makes herself available for all our queries even when she was away on leave during this last transaction. We highly recommend Egle.

We met Egle for the first time recently when viewing a property at Rippleside. We found her to be a very pleasant and enthusiastic agent, knowledgeable about the property in question, and just really great to deal with. As we intended bidding for the property, but were unable to physically attend due to the Covid lockdown, Egle provided lots of assistance to facilitate on-line bidding for us (a new experience), which included responding to panicked phone calls from us as the bidding was about to commence. Egle was genuinely pleased for us when we succeeded in buying the property and has continued to keep in contact since the auction to assist us with all the necessary paperwork and to ensure any concerns we might have are addressed. We would be more than happy to deal with Egle again in future and would recommend her to anyone intending to place their property on the market.

Egle was amazing, very approachable and extremely knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she got us such an astounding result. Thank you Egle.

Egle could not have been a more understanding and approachable person to talk too. Her professional approach to the task and understanding of the market shone through making me feel very confident that we would achieve a more than suitable outcome. Egle was alway on time with her appointments, never more than a phone call away and always followed up on any questions I may have had. I would not hesitate to use Egle again if the need arises to sale a property.

We've worked with Egle to sell two of our investment properties recently, and we were extremely happy with the professional service provided.

Egle was a delightful person to deal with. She was very particular with the house presentation and our experience with viewing the house was a pleasure. All our queries were answered promptly and clearly. We would highly recommend her as a selling agent.

We are so grateful to Egle, she recently sold our block of land. This is not the first time Egle has sold a property for us. Egle’s professionalism and knowledge of the Greater Geelong area is exceptional. Her advice and guidance together with regular updates and off course her positive , happy and bubbly manner made for a very smooth stress free experience and sale. Egle achieved a quick sale (within days of listing) at a price above expectations. We would not hesitate in highly recommending Egle to anyone selling or buying property. Egle you’re an absolute superstar. Thank you again for everything ⭐️

Egle was wonderful to deal with! Was a great experience from beginning and to end, even after we purchased our home, was helpful all throughout the process! :)
