That is, unlike other agents who we found 'go through the motions', Eileen worked very hard to understand our property - its strengths and weaknesses - then to develop a strategy that would realise the best price. Our place had constraints that needed to be dealt with and they were. In the context of those constraints, we received a very good price. Eileen also had the support of a very good team that supported her brilliantly at auction.

Hardworking and industrious. Always keeps you updated. Patient and willing to travel. While we didn't get the result we wanted at auction, she worked very hard afterwards until she got us a good outcome. I much prefer her down-to-earth approach instead of the normal flashy image put on by most agents.
