It was very pleasing that Mr Etian Rubinstein and Ms Melissa McCormack share the values of our family of honesty, truthfulness and respect. Their professional standards are extremely high and we are very thankful of their insight and knowledge of the real estate market during the Covid 19 pandemic. Our family decided to sell our parents home after 57 years and engaged several Real Estate Companies for an assessment /valuations. We decided to ask Eitan and Melissa from McGrath Real Estate to sell the family home as they clearly communicated to us a truthful and honest assessment of the property which included a campaign timeline from start to finish and a marketing campaign which was very competitive without hidden extras, it was cost effective and value for money compared to the other Real Estate Companies. During the campaign, Eitan and Melissa were always at the house viewing rather than any junior staff and were the ones following up with potential buyers. The lines of communication from Eitan and Melissa were excellent and our family were updated with the latest developments via WhatsApp, emails, online data reports and phone calls. Melissa & Eitan were initially highly recommended to me by my lawyer. I don't trust lawyers but thought I can at least give them a call. They came to see me and straight away I felt comfortable by the way they spoke to me and just knew they were very professional. All advise they offered, I thought about and went with it, I am so glad that I did. $200k over reserve, you have to be over the moon with that. They kept in contact with me all the time, even at 10.30 at night replying to emails. Not once did I think, are they going to contact me.? They really did make the whole process of selling my home, effortless for me. I first met Eitan in 2005. I was selling my house in Bondi, and interviewed three real estate agents. Eitan was the most impressive of the three, and choosing to work with him was a great decision. He sold my house in Bondi for a very good price, and then helped me negotiate the purchase of a new property in Maroubra. Eitan and I kept in touch over the years, and in 2020 I had no hesitation in asking him to sell two flats in Maroubra. At that time I met his assistant Melissa with whom I also worked well. Both Eitan and Melissa have highly developed communication skills; they are experienced, personable and responsive. Above all, Eitan is a superb negotiator. I was very happy with the prices he negotiated for each of the Maroubra flats. And when I found a property I wanted to buy, Eitan was able to secure it for me ahead of other potential purchasers.
