Our family decided to sell our parents home after 57 years and engaged several Real Estate Companies for an assessment /valuations. Melissa & Eitan were initially highly recommended to me by my lawyer. I don't trust lawyers but thought I can at least give them a call. I first met Eitan in 2005. I was selling my house in Bondi, and interviewed three real estate agents. Eitan was the most impressive of the three, and choosing to work with him was a great decision. He sold my house in Bondi for a very good price, and then helped me negotiate the purchase of a new property in Maroubra. Eitan and I kept in touch over the years, and in 2020 I had no hesitation in asking him to sell two flats in Maroubra. At that time I met his assistant Melissa with whom I also worked well.
