Having worked predominantly in management roles over the course of his career, Ekansh’s natural abilities and qualifications make him well-equipped to take the Fletchers Cranbourne team to new heights. Holding both a Bachelor in Business Administration and Masters in Financial Planning, Ekansh’s vast industry experience, spanning real estate, high rise construction and hospitality have constantly allowed him to learn and grow.
With several years’ experience in real estate, seeing the joy on his client’s faces when a vendor gets an incredible result or a buyer finds their dream property is one of the reasons Ekansh loves what he does.

Drawing inspiration from his family, Ekansh says he is inspired by his father and his grandfather, who were both self-made millionaires. As extraordinarily hard working and motivated individuals, Ekansh says that they have always encouraged him to be a better leader and businessman.
During his downtime, Ekansh likes to wind down with his friends, which often includes going out for brunch, taking a road trip or having a night out at the movies.
