Together with the rental manager Brooke Foster from their firm, they worked hard in very diligently managing the transition of the property from rental to sale. Ekansh is also very sincere and transparent in his approach, which was very important to us being inter-state investors. He kept us regularly informed and also guided us when needed along the way. Brooke was awesome too, she managed the tenants very well towards the end, dealt with the tribunal hearings and finally, the end of lease involving coordination with multiple trades people and bringing the property in a presentable state that drove a great sale outcome.
