Ela is very area knowledgeable, knows her customers and very professional who takes pride in her work. I have found upon listing with her within a week had an offer on the paper and constant update on the smooth transaction. The Ela and Michael Team at Raywhite Eight Miles Plains are just above everyones expectation. Would be more than happy to use the team for either buying or selling the property. Keep up the great work and all the best for the future success.

Ela recently sold our property and I cannot praise her enough. She is very experienced and had been really easy to deal with. Our property was sold within 2 weeks. Great service throughout the whole experience. Highly recommended agent.

We chose Ela as an agent as she had expert knowledge & experience in our suburb. She was prompt to reply to our initial enquiry & happy to answer all of our questions. Despite living away & not being able to meet face to face or at the property, Ela always kept us informed. Together we formulated a plan for sale. We were very happy to receive an offer on the first open home which eventuated to the final sale in a timely matter. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Ela again.

Ela is terrific to deal with. As first time sellers in QLD, she expertly guided us through both the renovating and selling process. All her recommendations were spot on, and we achieved a quick sale and a great price.

I cannot praise Ela highly enough. Ela acted as a project manager preparing our property to sell. Organising quotes and trades to get everything “just right”. First open house we sold for a price above our expectations.

Michael Mau & Ela were fantastic! Most of my contact was with Michael and he was super friendly, humble, professional and went out of his way to accommodate your needs. He was quick with replies and always kept you in the loop. From start to finish Michael & Ela have been brilliant - from regular meets at open homes to settlement and even after settlement - the level of service is outstanding. Michael is hands down the best agent I have worked with and would highly recommend. Thank you so much!

Great communication, great report and great result from a great agent.

Ela was very prompt with quick response times. Very helpful in making sure the process was smooth. I appreciated the detail given in the inspection handouts which answered most of my questions, anything else Ela was quick to answer honestly and concisely. Added a few little helpful tips along the way as well as having detailed information to guide through the contract and settlement process.

Ela, provided great advice and excellent professional service to achieve a better than expected result. Ela made the task of selling my property easy and effortless thanks to her dedicated hard work.

Simply the best! It was our pleasure to deal with Ela whom sold our property during the difficult Covid period whilst achieving a favourable result! Ela was persistent and committed while managing the unexpected twists and turns that Covid-19 presented with much poise and optimism. Ela was always available day or night and we certainly appreciated the dedication and level of professionalism displayed. Ela has strong local knowledge and have no hesitation in recommending her to any future vendor.

Ela was such a great, professional agent to deal with from the very start right through to settlement. Her knowledge of the market was fantastic and her prompt feedback with all our queries made the whole process so smooth. We contacted her about 2 months before we knew we wanted to sell and found her informative without being pushy which made us very comfortable with the sale process. She replied quickly to messages & I would definitely engage her as my agent again. Awesome agent! Thanks Ela!

Ela was so helpful throughout the selling processes. We had a contract signed within days of listing. We have sold with Ela and purchased with her and in both circumstances she was professional, knowledgeable and most of all helpful. I would highly recommend Ela if you are selling but also if you are considering purchasing.
