As per info just sent to Dan White (feed back) re Ela's performance, I rated her 9+ out of ten; only not giving Ten, as they say no one is perfect but Ela came close.

Ela is just fantastic who certainly knows her stuff. From my first initial contact with a Ela, I knew she was the right person to sell my property. Ela provided me with very sound advice throughout the entire process even though the market was not the best. As I was not in location, Ela made me trust her judgement and decision in taking charge of the renovation of the unit to get better sale value. I would recommend Ela to anyone who wants to sell their property.

Ela and Her colleague Micheal they both are wonderful and knowledgeable too. They helaped me a lot to buy my own house. It ia really nice to work with Ela and her team.

Buying and selling can be stressful. But Ela and Michael were outstanding in both professionalism and flexibility, going out of their was to assist where they could - when they didn't have to. I was on crutches during the period of buying and on a couple of occasions they picked me up to bring me to the house I was buying. Highly recommended as agents
