Ela Milne is one of the most proactive agents you will find. I contacted Ela, along with other agents prior to 2020 to discuss the sale of a Town house I had held for close on 20 years. I found Ela to be extremely knowledgeable of the local market and gave me the confidence in choosing her team. All this was prior to Covid with an uncertain future of what was about to hit. My property was being leased by a community group, and on inspection of the property Ela conveyed to me that the tenant was using the property for respite for teenagers who became distressed by the pending sale. We accidentally found the property that is located on the boundary between two suburbs (one of the two is our preferred).
