Ela helped the reviewer sell this property

She had glowing reviews and I can happily say, she lived up to this reputation

I chose Ela as my agent to sell my property as she seemed to have good knowledge and experience with the townhouse market. She had glowing reviews and I can happily say, she lived up to this reputation. Ela gave great advice about who were the buyers and what they were looking for. We decided to give a facelift as a tired rental would get less attention. It worked and had a contract after the first open home. Not only that, but Ela got a price above listing price and above my expectation!
