Ela is amazing! She showed extensive knowledge of property in the area and worked hard to obtain the best sale price for my rental property under fairly difficult circumstances. Living on the other side of Australia I found I was able to rely on Ela to take care of everything for the sale, including liaising with my tenant, property manager, inspections, maintenance and the solicitor. There was little I had to do myself, and in the end, Ela sold my property for far more than I ever imagined.
