Very warm personality.

Ela was great to deal with. Provided us with all the information we wanted and followed up on information if not readily available. We saw a few properties with her before finalising, however she never sounded frustrated and did not force her to make any decision. She was very helpful all along. I would also mention here about her offsider, Michael who was very helpful and down to earth agent. GREAT TEAM !! However, would suggest to other owners to get all the details/information you want before property going unconditional, because after that it gets a bit hard.
