An example of how far over and above she goes was when there was a sewerage pipe leak at our property which leaked into our garage and storage area. Elaine flew into action, hiring an industrial cleaner, giving our friend’s access to the property and helping them move our valuables to higher ground at night. She had a marketing plan from the start and although we stuck largely to that plan, Elaine was able to manage several bumps in the road (when the tenant moved out we found that the tenant’s rabbit had chewed some of the skirting boards - Elaine organised the sanding and painting and rescheduled the staging and photography), so we still managed to list in the original timeframe. Elaine has a keen eye for what should be done to get the best price and she not only made brilliant suggestions which saved us money but she organised everything, with tradespeople she knows and trusts. Elaine was at EVERY open house personally and she built rapport with all of the serious buyers, so she was able to call them afterwards and understand their buying power. She kept us up-uto-date with every development and we always felt completely comfortable with her approach. Elaine got us a sale price 30% higher than our “in our dreams” amount and we were thrilled.
