I bought a home, that needed a lot of maintenance. Negotiation wise I feel as though I paid 10 to 15 k's too much. Moving into the home has proved that the home is in very poor condition. Now, whether or not the real estate agents know these problems I can't prove it. They're communication was their strongest point. They need to work on the other three strength of a dynamic real estate agent. For example, showing a negative power bill won't sell a house, as the power companies "o" out the 50c buy back. with a new consumer. A/c going and scent spray to cover the very bad dog smell through out the house. Anyhow, I like the house, position and locality. Just needs more work than I realized.
