We just happened to be in the right place at the right time. I saw the property on Real Estate.com and phoned Elena Stevens the agent straight away and organised a viewing. As soon as we walked in the door I knew it was the perfect place for us. It virtually happened straight away as we had sold our house and had only started looking and bam there it was just what we wanted. We put in an offer and the seller accepted it straight away and so it went from there. Settlement was on the 9/9/25 and we started moving in and we are now settled in our new home still unpacking boxes etc. but will get there. So our experience with the whole purchase went very smoothly and Elena was there to help and give advice and support if we needed it.
