Bernadette and Elicia from Eastern Beaches Property were really great agents for the sale of my unit. They were honest, friendly and upfront about what they thought they could sell the unit for, and they didn't try to lure people in to viewings with a low guide price that they knew would never be the final sale price (which is something I personally hate when I'm trying to buy!).
