Our only disappointment was when we were first listing our property her appraisal of our home was what we were expecting to achieve however a combination of a falling market and perhaps a miscalculation saw our settlement price considerably lower than original appraisal.

Elisha made it a far easier and less stressful process with her knowledge, experience and patience. She listened and understood my must have's. I would certainly recommend Elisha to anyone looking at selling their house.
