Elissa presented as friendly, organised and responded promptly to phone calls and emails. Elissa was accommodating with my inspecting the property around Covid-19 restrictions. Whilst I am generally satisfied overall with my dealings with Elissa, I was left feeling a little disappointed there was no follow through on some promises made such as fixing a hole in the bathroom before settlement day and disagreement with a gardening issue and clearance of garden waste.
