In 2025, my wife and I worked with Eliza Coppin on a property transaction in Noosa. My first encounter was when she made the effort to pick us up in her car as we are from interstate. Eliza drove us around for the day and dropped us back at our apartment once we had inspected a large number of properties. Throughout this process we were able to learn a considerable amount about the properties in the area and benefit from her extensive knowledge of the market- both current and historical. She made the effort to gain a thorough understanding of what we were both seeking and combine our desires into a single property. Eliza was clearly adept at managing her own needs and avoided the impulse to ‘oversell’ properties she was managing, focusing only on our needs. In my experience, real estate agents fail miserably in this regard, whereas Eliza managed this cognitive dissonance by employing one simple virtue; honesty. Eliza possesses the integrity much of the industry lacks, and I cannot recommend her services more highly.
