It was a pleasure to buy our house through Eliza because when we were looking at this property and others, Eliza was always happy to show us the houses sometimes with little notice and over again until we finally decided on the house we purchased. Nothing was too much trouble and we learned that Eliza is one of those rare real estate agents that you can trust and that gave us a great deal of confidence when it came to making an offer. At the auction, Eliza skilfully negotiated a great result between vendor and purchaser so I think that both parties were pleased with the result.
