After interviewing 7 real estate agents last year, I finally chose Elizabeth. She had already demonstrated initiative and determination when I was only thinking about selling. In addition, I wanted to give my business to a woman, because I felt that they would understand my sentiments in putting my home up for sale, and I find women work harder than their male counterparts. (Sorry guys). Though in general I am sceptical about real estate agents, she steered the sale well, and I never felt like she was trying to go for a quick sale to save effort. Elizabeth always listened to me and provided great advice throughout the process, and I felt that it was a good collaboration. When the market started cooling off, she included a marketing innovation with artist impression of possible renovations. Despite the rapid cooling in the market, she managed to find the perfect buyers and negotiate for a better offer from them, one that met my conditions. I would highly recommend Elizabeth: she is warm, mature, professional, and friendly and she went above my expectations with my sale.
