Do I have your attention yet? Then let me continue. I've been buying & selling property since 1977, probably close to 50 transactions in total. Thru this journey there have been good agents, bad agents & some absolute dropkicks! But life's like that. Prior to listing I always audition several agents and normally keep clear of franchise agencies. Why? (1) In my experience franchise agencies have the "one size fits all/ production line/ we know it all" outlook, and (2) how smart is a business that shares it's income with someone who is either long dead or hasn't raised a sweat in living memory? Are you with me so far? So now specifically to Ella, who offered excellent local knowledge combined with genuine enthusiasm for the task at hand. This made selecting her as agent a simple decision once I ignored the franchise bit. The journey was not all smooth sailing (is it ever?) but I'm happy, the purchasers are happy so it's win-win with all thanks to Ella for a job well done. I would strongly recommend Ella if you are looking for an agent. My recommend to Ella is that she sticks to Real Estate (leave Politics for the dropkicks) with the aim of having her own name painted on the window one day. Ps.
