I’m not a big fan of real estate agents in general, however Elle and Neville Crowther are very different to other real estate agents I have dealt with in the past. Honest, friendly, and not pushy. They went out of their way to make the experience easy for me. I was able to bring others in to support me in making my decision to buy, and the advice Elle and Neville gave me when I asked for it I feel was sound. They made a very stressful process much easier. IElle made selling my house a good experience; I had not sold a house for 30 years; Elle communicated everything with me; reassured me; gave me information. She explained the contracts clearly; so I understood what I was signing. She consulted with me re Open Homes and showing times. She had a contract to be signed within the first few weeks; and was able to explain to me when the buyer did not go through with the purchase. She followed up other interested parties I would recommend her as an excellent estate agent
