I trust her expertise and negotiating skills so much I have engaged her to help me purchase my new home!

I have been looking at open houses in deception bay, and had the stress of a timeline to meet as i had sold my house in Brisbane but wanted the perfect house for me. As i am a shift worker the scheduled open house was hard to manage. So when I saw the perfect house for me , Elle arranged a private inspection for me to fit in with my shifts. The photos starting with the stunning backyard and view from the veranda was excellent way to grab my attention. As i am owner of two dogs that love the water so Elle's description of the local area (the dog beach ) was also a great draw card for me in my search for the perfect place. The day I ready to make the offer, Elle had all documents etc ready to sign couple of hours later making this process quick , easy and stress free which was greatly appreciated by me and i am sure the seller of this property. Elle follow up with regular communication with me to make sure everything was running smoothly from my end and was providing this feedback to the seller was I am sure reducing their stress levels too. I was impressed with Elle' professionalism,her promptness in answering my emails and my request was greatly appreciated without this I wouldn't be moving into the perfect home for me. As the result of all the things I have just mentioned I found the whole process a lot less stressful than I thought it would be thanks to Elle.

Can't recommend Elle highly enough! Elle has sold two properties for us in the last 6 months and we wouldn't use anyone else now. Her knowledge of real estate is obvious from the start and she made the whole process feel smooth and trouble free. Elle was always contactable, open and honest with us.
