We recently dealt with Elle for a our first purchase in the Avalon district. After initially connecting early in the year on a property we had interest in, Elle stayed in touch and provided us with options to consider over the course of the year. Elle never sent us properties that did not match our requirements very closely - which cannot be said about all agents (new listing 'spam' is a real issue for buyers!). She's a true local so small details about the pro's and con's of certain properties were very important. During the process of the purchase Elle was direct but friendly, very honest about the vendors expectation on price and her view on value relative to the market.
