Sale Of 30 Three Points Ave Macmasters Beach

It is nine months since we decided to put our beach house at Macmasters Beach on the market. We knew where we wanted to end up – taking the big step of moving into a retirement village in Kincumber. We invited Ellen and Gabe to inspect the house along with other agents and we decided we would like Ellen to be our agent – little did we know what the road ahead would look like! Ellen was so helpful in our journey lending us artworks plants and things to improve the overall “look” of the house. She also gave us advice all along the way on the asking price and ways to help with the sale. It was a long hard journey for all of us and when we eventually sold we had formed a real friendship.
