I can’t recommend Ellie high enough and here’s why. I interviewed 3 different agents to sell my home, two local to my suburb and EllieJean. I added Ellie Jean to my list as she had recently sold a house in my street and I was impressed with the photos taken of the property she sold. Ellie Jean is not only the Realtor but she is also the photographer which I think is a game changer and invaluable.No waiting around to book in a photographer and I’m not getting someone whose job is to just snap photos I’m getting someone who is motivated to take the best possible photos to show off my property and boy did she deliver. Photos were amazing capturing and highlighting the best features of my house - so important to get this step right to get the potential buyers attention. Ellie Jean was strategic with her photos choosing a photo of the back of my house which included the pool as the first photo everybody would see. Why? To get peoples attention and have them wanting to see more. Also my property went live within 24hours of photography. Ellie Jean was a standout in her research and knowledge of my local area. Ellie’s valuation was the highest by $100,000 and when I questioned her on this she came back with recent sales of the area pointing out the pros and cons of each property explaining her valuation of my property. As Ellie said, you only get one shot at selling this house, don’t undersell it. My house sold on the first open home $72,000 over asking price, had I gone with one of the another agents I would’ve been banking $100,000 less. Ellie has a vibrant young team working with her, passionate creative savvy exuding a caring warmth that puts both the buyers and sellers at ease. One last thing, Ellie’s commission was substantially less than other real estates.
