Elliott just helps me to sale an apartment in St Lucia which I had tried to sale twice via two different agents but all ended up with disappointment while Elliott, who I have never met and just commune by phone call through all the sale, made it even at a very satisfactory price. Comparing among my three sales experiences, number of open home inspections times, marketing strategies, number of potential buyers and feedbacks from open home are very similar but the major difference is the negotiation skill of the agent. Amazingly, Elliott seems to know what is in the mind in the limited number of potential buyers and he can grab the best chance to squeeze them out and put into paper: two written offers from three groups of people in the first two open home! It is unbelievable to me in Brisbane`s doom market and it definitely put me into an advantage position. And he is sophisticated to handle these two offers and introduce subtle competitions at the just right moment and finally he get the best price for me. Before I meet Elliott I can never imagine selling a property in a buyer`s market can be so enjoyful and pressure-free.
