My friend was certainly right. During our purchase, nothing was too much trouble for Elliott. He provided information on the market, details of the property, potential of the property and comparisons with other similar properties. He successfully negotiated a fair deal for both the seller and us as the purchasers which meant that we both had a good outcome. The contract included a subject to sale of a another property and an early possession clause. After our purchase, again nothing was too much trouble for Elliott. He addressed some handover issues and worked to ensure our smooth transition to our new property. Elliott is genuinely interested in building long-term relationships with his clients and not just getting a sale and moving on.
