I think, in hindsight, we probably should have begun as a private sale rather than auction and that perhaps waiting until after Christmas to launch the campaign might have been wiser, but again this is only in hindsight. When we looked as if we had found our buyer, and we were very firm on our price, it was Ellis who eventually managed to get them up to where we needed them. Although the final price was lower than we'd hoped, this was due to the market at the time. All in all, we are very happy with the work Ellis did to get us to the end.
