I have no qualms about Elly Boland except to say follow up was not forthcoming. She sold herself nicely to us and to the client as the sale of our house went through effortless and quickly especially since it's not an easy house to sell (there being only a certain clientele). I say follow up is so important and I was disapointed about that. Not having any contact at all since the deal was done 3 weeks ago.
I found Elly very accommodating with any requests I had for extra information and home inspections. She always replied to any messages or emails in a timely manner. As I was living in another state at the time these qualities in an agent were much appreciated.
Having negotiated the sale of my house. Around a week before it was going to sell I rang Elly to ask her something about the sale. To my surprise I was rung by Ray White to say Elly no longer works for them. Elly never had the decency to ring me to say that she would no longer be my agent. I find this totally unethical and morally wrong. It's all about the dollar. I would not recommend this agent!
Elly made the process of buying our first house as simple as possible by answering all of our questions professionally and in a timely manner. She was great to deal with and we were pleased with our service throughout the process.
