Having been in and around Real Estate in the past, I have a somewhat jaded view of agents in general.Other than the gentleman who sold our home in Riddells Creek in the last 2 years for whom I have the greatest respect I can honestly say the same of Town Coast and Country for their integrity and professionalism ! We were with another agency for 3 months with no success so we changed over to TCC. The service we received was more professional than the previous agency. They had the time to spend with potential buyers. However at negotiations we were slightly pushed to accept an offer below what was discussed. If I had my time again I would have stuck to my price. All in all I would use this agency again and be my preferred for the area.
